Our practice focuses on loan transactions across all markets, including asset-based lending, real estate financing, and structured credit, as well as commercial and residential real estate closings. Stark regularly advises clients on the origination, negotiation, documentation, and closing of financing transactions, and we continue to support those relationships throughout the life of the deal.

In addition to finance and real estate, we counsel clients on commercial transactions, mergers and acquisitions, insurance matters, and creditors’ rights, including receiverships, special master, workouts, restructurings, and enforcement.
